    Nutrition

Atlas is designed around a simple principle: nutrition should work as a whole, without sacrificing ingredient quality, taste or convenience.

    Protein

Each Atlas bar contains 20g of protein. The protein blend includes whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate, which are complete dairy proteins, plus collagen peptides. Exact ingredients vary by flavor.

    Fiber

Each Atlas bar contains 11–12g of fiber depending on flavor. The fiber comes primarily from tapioca fiber, with additional fiber from ingredients such as peanuts or almonds.

    Sugar

Each Atlas bar contains 1g of sugar. Atlas is formulated without added cane sugar or corn syrup.

    Sweeteners

Atlas uses allulose and monk fruit for sweetness. Atlas does not contain erythritol or other sugar alcohols.

    Fats and oils

Atlas uses fats naturally present in peanuts, almonds, cocoa butter, coconut oil and other real-food ingredients, depending on flavor. Atlas contains no seed oils. Sunflower lecithin is used as an emulsifier, not as an oil.

    Ingredients

Every ingredient has a specific job: protein, fiber, sweetness, flavor, texture or stability. Exact ingredients and allergen statements vary by flavor; the package label is the final source.

    Whey & Milk Protein

Atlas uses whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate. Both are dairy proteins that contain all nine essential amino acids.

    Collagen Peptides

Atlas uses hydrolyzed collagen peptides alongside whey and milk protein. Collagen contributes protein and helps support the bar’s soft texture over shelf life.

    Peanuts & Almonds

Peanuts or almonds provide flavor, texture and naturally occurring fats, depending on the selected flavor. Check the package label for the exact nut ingredients and allergen statement.

    Tapioca Fiber

Tapioca fiber is made from cassava root and is the primary source of fiber in Atlas. Each bar contains 11–12g of fiber depending on flavor.

    Vegetable Glycerin

Vegetable glycerin is a plant-derived humectant. It helps the bar retain moisture and stay soft.

    Allulose

Allulose is used for sweetness while keeping sugar low. It is not a sugar alcohol, and Atlas contains no erythritol.

    Monk Fruit Extract

Monk fruit extract adds sweetness in a very small amount without adding sugar or sugar alcohols.

    Dark Chocolate

Atlas dark chocolate components use ingredients such as unsweetened chocolate, allulose and cocoa butter. Exact chocolate ingredients vary by flavor.

    Cocoa Powder

Unsweetened cocoa powder provides deep chocolate flavor without added sugar.

    Cocoa Butter & Coconut Oil

Cocoa butter and coconut oil are used in selected flavors for texture, flavor and stability. Atlas contains no seed oils.

    Sunflower Lecithin

Sunflower lecithin is used in a small amount as an emulsifier to help fats and proteins stay evenly combined. It is not sunflower oil.

    Natural Flavors

Natural flavors are used in small amounts in selected flavors for consistency and balance. Check the package label for the exact formula.

    Salt

Salt balances sweetness and brings the other flavors forward. The exact salt ingredient varies by formula.
