Delicious and clean
It is so hard to find a protein bar that is delicious, is satiating and has really clean ingredients. I even feel good giving them to my kids ( I break them in half). They love them too!

Protein Shake Alternative
I institute grass fed whey protein on the daily for protein and amino acids. At some point I got sick of glugging down a shake. I love the taste of Atlas Bars and even more love the ingredients. All the flavors are great, but the peanut butter is my fav. I always bring a box on vacations so I block a bad food choice once per day plus add to my protein.
