Shipping Policy

Local and Domestic Shipping

Atlas Bar offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the US and its Territories. All packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS from the Atlas Bar warehouse located in the Greater Boston area. Depending on the destination, all orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days after being placed. A shipping confirmation email will be provided with all pertinent tracking information. We aim to fill and ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed. If you require an adjustment or have unique delivery requirements, please contact our customer service directly and we will do our best accommodate your needs.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
  • Issues related to credit card or payment
  • Higher than expected daily order volumes over and above the fulfillment capacity of our shipping department
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unexpected delivery issues (can’t find address, undeliverable, etc).
  • While infrequent, certain Atlas Bar flavor recipes may go out-of-stock, at which point Atlas Bar will be sure to contact you for direction on how to best move forward with your order. Customers can choose to simply delay shipments until the product is back in stock or swap flavors for those currently available at the time of purchase.
