REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This page sets out important information about ATLAS BAR Rewards (‘Program’), that rewards customers (‘You’ or ‘Your’) with ATLAS BAR points when you shop in-store at ATLAS BAR or online at atlasbars.com (the ‘Website’). The Program is made available by Pimlico Performance Apparel Limited (‘ATLAS BAR’ or ‘we’) on the following terms and conditions.
Joining ATLAS BARS Rewards
In order to collect and redeem ATLAS BARS points, you must become a member (‘Member’). Only one membership (‘Membership’) is permitted per individual. ATLAS BAR Sreserves the right to accept or reject any application and shall not be required to provide any reason for such acceptance or rejection. There is no cost associated with signing up to the Program.
Signing up as a Member to ATLAS BARS Rewards either in-store or online at atlasbars.com is deemed acceptance of these terms, as amended by ATLAS BARS from time to time.
You can become a Member by completing the registration process in-store or on the Website. Failure to provide any information designated as mandatory will mean you will be ineligible for Membership. All information provided must be true and correct. You agree to keep your details up to date at all times by making changes through the Website, or by advising a staff member in store.
When you apply for Membership online, or when you access your account online, you will be required to create a secure password to access your account via the Website. You agree not to disclose your password to any other person.
Collecting ATLAS BARS Rewards
Whenever you purchase products or services from a physical ATLAS BARS store or on the Website, you will collect points ('Points') based on the amount you spent.
Points are awarded/allocated as follows:
- Collect 1 Point for every $1 you spend.
- Collect 50 Points when you write a review after purchasing a product in-store or online.
- Collect 200 Points every 3 transactions you make in-store or on the Website.
- Collect 200 Points every year on your birthday. Your birthday information must be provided to ATLAS BARS for you to be eligible to receive the 200 points on your birthday.
- Collect 50 Points when you like us on Facebook. You are only eligible for these points when you follow the steps on the Website to complete this action.
- Collect 50 Points when you follow us on Instagram. You are only eligible for these points when you follow the steps on the Website to complete this action.
- Collect 50 Points when you sign up for ATLAS BARS Rewards.
- Collect 50 Points when you sign up to receive ATLAS BARS News (email marketing permission). You are only eligible for these points when you follow the steps on the Website to complete this action.
There is no physical card(s) associated with ATLAS BARS Rewards. You will automatically collect Points when you are signed in before your transaction is completed in-store or online. If you are not signed in and wish to back date any Points that were not assigned to your account, you will need to contact ATLAS BARS and quote your order number.
At this time we are unable to combine points from multiple accounts. You need to use only one email for your ATLAS BARS Rewards account. This ensures that all your points are in one place and you are correctly credited for everything you do.
Redeeming ATLAS BARS Rewards
ATLAS BARS reserves the right to require identification when collecting and redeeming Points or other benefits.
Points do not have any value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or any ATLAS BARS products and services except as expressly set out in these Terms.
Where the purchase price exceeds the value of Points associated with your account, you must pay the difference. When Points are redeemed, Points will not be earned on the value of the Points redeemed.
Rewards points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount code, one or the other must be selected.
A maximum of 1,500 Rewards Points (the equivalent to $150 ATLAS BARS Dollars) can be redeemed at one time, on any one transaction.
If, in accordance with ATLAS BARS’s returns policy, you return a product on which you have earned Points, the Points will be deducted from your Points balance. If your Points balance is 0, you will go into negative Points.
Earned Points do not expire.
At program launch, you’re automatically awarded Points based on any transaction you have made since March 11, 2019.
From time to time, ATLAS BARS may provide Members with additional offers, promotions or benefits in connection with the Program. In this event, the above terms and conditions will apply in addition to any specific terms accompanying such promotions.
ATLAS BARS may revoke your Membership at any time without notice and for any reason (including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of the Program or behaviour which, in the view of ATLAS BARS, is not acceptable). In the event that your Membership is revoked, all accrued Points will expire from the date of revocation and you will have no further entitlement in respect of the Program.
